Not saying that tonight's game is an omen of things to come for the Browns in the 2008 season, but they really suck tonight.

Anderson is down, Brady is in. Could he finally prove fins wrong? Prob not, lol.

They don't suck anymore...Quinn is playing quite well...

They couldn't do anything right in the first quarter, and got 100 penalty yards on top of that. Lets see.. blocked punt, pick 6, a few three and out's, abysmal completion %..

Say whatever you want, but every time I've seen Brady Quinn play, including during tonight's game, I've been very impressed with him. I believe he will be a very successful QB in the NFL for many years.

I've also been impressed with him during interviews.

They are vastly over rated, getting to play the Dolphins and Rams last year along with Oakland, Cinncy and Baltimore twice and of course the Jets really gave them some easy wins and inflated them as a playoff contender when they aren't. I think Anderson turns mediocre this season, and the Browns don't win more than 8-9 games.

No doubt a weak schedule last season inflated their record a bit, but what makes them so dangerous is the O-Line. Any half decent QB would do well with that line protecting them. Lewis ran for over 1300 yards in only 15 games. At wideout and TE they are very strong also. Cribbs is also one of the best returners in the game.

Their Defense is what I worry about with Browns. Rogers can be good when he bothers his hole, but thats not very often. Their Linbackers are decent enough and pretty solid, but the secondary looks pretty shaky and against good passing teams that area will be exposed.

yeah, i have to agree... a lot of things are in place for that offense... they're smart enough to yank Anderson out of there if he keeps launching ducks...

defensively, they're getting better, but they still have holes... but i think Romeo can scheme and keep them in games... if Shaun Rogers pans out in the middle, that will be huge...

the Brownies will be fine... if for no other reason than that 0-line and Lewis churning it out... heck, they have Hadnot as a backup right now, don't they?

People on this board are so scared that Quinn turns out good especially now with Beck looking like a mistake pick.
