What a horribly officiated series. That's all I've got to say.
I've got the outside opinion here. I am a Heat fan who is a huge fan of both LeBron & Caron Butler, but just wow. Cleveland gets every bull**** call in the book, and the rare moments Washington drives to the basket, they get abused without a call. First of all, this shouldn't of been an elimination game for Washington because LeBron took 8 steps in FRONT of a ref who watched it a few games back, on a game winner. Washington should've been the ones up 3-2, and it would've been a whole different attitude.
Well, it's time to watch one boring *** series with Detroit/Cleveland. Probably 2-3 blowouts.
Nice to see LBJ getting some early playoff success & experience. Hey, maybe Cleveland takes 2 games at home, but will NOT have a shot at winning any games in Detroit. Detroit will dominate every home game and they have the ability to embarrass the Cavs in Cleveland. Washington would've created a lot of matchup problems, and that would've been more of a hard fought series. Look for guys like Marshall, Jones, Big Z, Gooden, Hughes (well, he was "Brick City" tonight), Flip, etc. to 100% vanish in this series, leaving LeBron all by himself.
Also, I am still waiting for the league to write a letter to the Wizards organization, basically stating how they HANDED Cleveland that game where LeBron took 8 steps in front of a ref, who clearly sat there and watched.......the shot winded up as the game winner, by the way.
Another great series ruined by the refs. :shakeno:
