Miami (1-3) at New England (3-1)
I don't know why I think this will be so close, except that Nick Saban is royally embarrassed right now, and you do not want to embarrass Nick Saban.
New England 17, Miami 16

Here here. It's been 4 weeks, and I've been slightly disappointed for 4 weeks straight. Last week pushed me over the edge. I didn't want to show my face. My friends (Charger fans, one buffalo fan, one detroit fan) and I always trash talk each other every week in good fun, but last week at a Sunday afternoon bbq NOBODY even trash talked to me. That's how bad it was. They just gave me that "man I feel for you" look.

I'm not guaranteeing a victory, I'm hoping for a good tough game with a chance to win at the end. Now if we blow them out of the water well I won't complain about that!

These are the same people that picked us to go to the SUPER BOWL!!

I think their credibility is just about shot right now. Who cares what their prediction is. Clearly they have no clue

I'm picking us to lose to Pats by 50 points, this seems to me the only way not to be dissappointed Sunday. Anything less than a 50 point loss will be fine with me, sort of. Seriously do you really think we can keep it close IN NE when the Bengals couldn't do it in their own house?

BTW I do hope you're right.

In division games, records hardly matter. Could be very close, could be a blow out either way, but it should always be fun!:dolphins:

Naw I didn't put it up there for credibility, just for humor/entertainment. King self-admits that his picks are horrible and don't buy into them. I know I don't.

And PhinsRock, I see what you're saying, but anything goes. The week before, when Denver looked like crap, they marched into NE and tore them a new one. Anything is possible. Probable? Maybe not. But possible.

And I hope I'm right too. I'm waiting for a good Sunday finally:lol:

i hope i'm wrong but here is how i see it

Miami 9
New England 31

Go Fins!!!

Ladies and Gentleman, I had a premonition...............

Its Dolphins 27

Patriots 23

I'm hoping it's a close one...much more fun to watch when it's close. Just don't want it to be a blowout..it makes me wanna just turn it off when that happens..unless it's the Dolphins doing the blowing out..:D

I'm hoping it is close too. I think it will be ::cringe::. My pick....sadly...17-21 NE

It all depends on the running game.. If Maroney runs free..

NE 38
Phins 0

If the Phins somehow contain Maroney & Dillon..

NE 21
Phins:12

(A much better game if you force Brady to throw since he and the receivers not completly on the same page yet..)

I really don't think the Patriots are going to run away with this game. I think this game is going to be about the Dolphin playermakers making a play. I really think that is what it's going to come down to, whether or not we can make the play. It's been that way every game. We've had opportunities to put teams away, climb back, etc. and there is a play that someone could've made to help the cause but didn't.

I really believe we're going to go into NE and win. This is a prediction coming from a guy who thought Houston was going to beat us last week. It's just a feeling with this team, and the different players in NE.

I expect us to come out almost the same way we did against Houston...Shotgun formations throwing the football. I hope that once we loosen the defense up a little bit we can get some yards on the ground. But, let's be real here. The only way Miami is going to win this game is if we move the ball well through the air. Their thought of being able to dominate their front 7 off the ball just seems a task that is a bit too daunting. Their DBs however (I think Ellis Hobbs and Randall Gay will both be out again with injuries, not positive) seems like a real area we can attack.

Not trying be wise or anything but Hobbs was out last week and IN MY OPINION the Bengals WR a lot scarier and talented than the Phins WR.

Also the bad secondary is a myth because if they were truly that bad I think the team be giving up MORE than 16 points a game.

The Phins to stay in it need an AMAZING outing from your D, and probably a couple of TO.

I think Miami has a chance, I say this every week of course but this is the Pats we always play the Pats strong regardless of how bad we are.

Go Phins!!! :dolphins:

Phins win 24-20
