Hyde is not the clown, McCoach is. He's not a 'leader of men' like you need to be to be a successful NFL Head Coach. He lost me last year early in the season when it became apparent that 'his team' was getting dominated by lesser teams. Then we hear about canceled OTA's and TC sessions? Former players calling us 'soft'? At GB "those boys looked cold"? Holland's comments last week. Players consistently being late for meetings...

Yep! Every single one of us knows what the Dolphins problems are. We may not agree on how to fix it, but we all know the major issues. It starts with being soft and undisciplined. Either fix it this year or they are starting over again.
