Miami Dolphins (6-4)

If The Playoffs Started Today: Out
Remaining Schedule (Projected Results): vs. New England (W), at St. Louis (W), at Buffalo (L), vs. San Francisco (W), at Kansas City (W), at NY Jets (L)
Final Projected Record: 10-6; No. 6 seed (win tiebreaker with New England on head-to-head)
Extra Point: If Dolphins hold serve against the three losing teams remaining on its schedule, they'll set themselves up nicely for an improbable trip to the playoffs.
In addition, they have the Jets winning the Division at 11-5, the Patriots finishing 10-6 and missing the playoffs and the Bills finishing 9-7 and missing the playoffs.

I'd like to hold serve against the 3 losing teams on the schedule and then take 2/3 of the remaining division games.

I don't believe we will lose to the Bills in Toronto. If we beat the Patriots this week, I can see an 11-5 record.

The Patriots game is really the key. If we lose, then all hope is not lost, but it will be much easier to have 2 wins over them, and to leap from them in the records. It was really good to see the Bills lose last night.

This is stupid cause there is no way the Jets are going to win their last 4 games.

If we beat the Patriots, we have a pretty easy road ahead. If we lose, we need to take out the Bills and/or the Jets.

I don't see us beating Belicheck twice. He knows Pennington and the Wildcat well by now.

I think the Buffalo game could go either way. It's indoors, its not at Ralph Wilson, and it won't be snowing or windy.

I like our chances on a neutral field. Considering the tailspin they've been in lately, I can't really chalk it up as an "L" right away.

The game last night against cleveland was a must win for Buffalo and they choked against a cleveland team that frankly is no playoff team. Edwards has lost his confidence. i like our chances against Buffalo. Stop the run and make edwards try to beat you.

This NE game is gonna be a MONSTER test for us. Belicheck wont be blindsided like he was in week 3
i agree with wholeheartedly with you on this...we as fans need to bring our A + + game, whether there at the game or on here, lol, and the TEAM is going to have to bring their A + + game on sunday...

I think the fact that Miami is even playing in a game as big as the Pats showdown this week is a huge achievement. Win or lose, I would say they are well ahead of schedule playing a truly meaningful game in late November in 2008.

If we win this week, the secret will be out and the Phins truly become a national NFL story

The wildcat didn't kill NE in the first game. Yea, they scored touchdowns from it, but Pennington was moving the ball regardless. Ricky had 98 yards on 16 carries while only getting 1 carry for 16 yards from the wildcat.
