Would love to get him but it won't happen. Why would he leave the Steelers to coach the Dolphins? I also don't want to give a draft pick for him.

I agree, he would be a perfect fit here because we have two of his former coordinators and a defense that could run his scheme. Fact is it will never happen cause he most likely is gonna take the year off to be with his family, which is very respectable. Cowher is an incredible coach and if we had any chance at getting him, Wayne should jump on it.
 
I would love to see Cowher here and Wayne would definitely pay to get him here.
