Coach Philbin Jammin' Out

Dare I say it.... I'm actually warming up to Philbin.

I like how he understands his past mistakes and is learning from them. He is not stubborn and just staying the way he always has been.

Changing the day off back to Tuesday.
Joint practice.
Navy Seals Training
Watching Straight outta Compton together
Miko had Philbin on snap chat, walking around the city.
Now a team building concert.

Philbin is building Chemistry and anybody who has ever played sports knows team Chemistry makes a team. Talent is important but IMO chemistry is what makes a team.

I believe in this team so much this year. Kudos to Ross for sticking with Philbin and hiring Tannenbaum after an unsuccessful tenure with the Jets (even though they went to two afc championships

Players starting to warm up to him. So am I !! I like the new philbin!

I know times and players have changed but could you see Shula doing this?
Or Belichick?
I get what Philbin is trying to do, being more approachable, trying to get closer to his players and I don't disagree with cutting short a practice to see a movie but he looks like an idiot and I bet the players are laughing at him more than with him.

My first reaction to the video...Ever see Young Frankenstein? He is the "Man about town" LMAO

That was funny,

what was the team & coach that had a picture taken in a dress on a flight with the his team?

Was it Billick?

It wasn't Mike Ditka, he must have done all kinds of crazy ****e back in his day as bears coach.

It's a coach talent show.....don't think they were expecting David Lee Roth type talent. Of course they are laughing and he knows it. I'm guessing they'll appreciate the laughs at his expense.

Definitely agree willingness to change/admit past mistakes is a great quality. I also think some of this is just him opening up a little more rather than changing as a person, but definitely making changes as a coach....at the end of the day if they win it will look genius, lose and he's outta here. Go Joe!
