How is this coaching staff any better so far than Failbin? Its great and all Gase doesnt put up with crap, but seriously the play calling has been dreadful this year, our defense wide-9 clearly is not working. Where are the fixes in schemes?

How hard is it to call a 7 yard route on a damn 3rd and 6.

This damn team drives me crazy.

Maybe it's the experience he had when he was at Oakland a few years ago, but Hue Jackson looks like a far superior coach to Gase. Anyone who saw the game last week against Cleveland will attest. I am willing to concede the 2016 season to allow Gase to get his own type of players in. There is one more thing. I can't help but notice how many players he is benching on a weekly basis. When is it going to be Tannehill's turn to be benched?

the thing is the illusion of a decently coached isnt there at all and it should be in some respect.

the placy calling is awful, they are committing dumb penalties, taking the ball deep out of the end zone on kick offs etc.

this looks like a junkyard team. not one that spent the preseason being coached. yes, it's super early, but the first signs are pretty concerning imo
 
It's clear 2/3 of the team is playing for a paycheck. ANyone on this team for over 4-5 years except for Rashad Jones needs to be dumped

It's really this simple. The team severely lacks good enough talent to compete. Part II of the problem is look who's picking that talent.

I thought the days of the 5 yard passes on 3rd and long were done. Boy was I wrong.
 
Our HC and DC are very inexperienced. Honestly it was to be expected but there have been some extremely poor choices made by the coaches today. Waiting way too late to key on Green. Throwing away valuable touches on someone like Pead who offers nothing. On and on. Just not the choices you make to win a tough game.

Get the veterans on this team gone and playing 2nd and 3rd string for other teams or just sucking up their payroll faking injuries.

Anyone on this team for 4-5 years should be cut. You've produced zero in your tenure and we're going in another direction period.
