really? the guy who ran the worst part of our defense, the secondary got handed the keys to the defense over a GREAT coach like nolan? our secondary is a JOKE and most of it is due to BAD COACHING!! todd bowles is a flea on the back of the parcells dallas reunion in miami. he is one of bill parcells "guys" just as sparano and ireland are and thats the ONLY reason they got here!!

this would be HUGE news KB. there would have been a MAJOR division with that team had that happened and every sports media outlet on the planet would have been all over that. you could NEVER have an elite defense with the way this secondary is coached. add in having only ONE legit pass rusher and you have a MAJOR gash in the elite plan. i have never heard ONE PLAYER even mention the name todd bowles, but they have raved about nolan since day one!!!
did you not follow any of the things he did in denver? he was ROUNDLY applauded by his nfl peers and sports media on the job he did there with an EXTREMELY limited cast with only elvis dumerville the only blue chip player. the schemes he came up with week after week, the bitz pachages he HAD to come up with week after week due to lack of pass rushers was ingenious. it cost them some having to blitz all the time, but it was a forced plan due to lack of personel and they ended up one of the top defenses in the nfl.
anyone can coach a roster full of big time talent, but what can you do when the cupboard is bare? thats where you find the REAL coaches, the true teachers of the game. what he did in denver and what he has had to do here with the dallas mafia not giving him the pieces he needs PROVES he is the real deal.

no one wants bowles other than to get ther goony rule obligation over with. the guy cant even coach the secondary much less a whole defense. i could write a book on how bad this secondary needs new coaching. we dont have pro bowlers across the board there but we have enough talent to not be getting burned everytime we dont sack the qb. teams throw on us at will!!!
i want todd bowles as far away from this team as we can get him. along with columbo and ireland.
