He had his boy's positioned throughout the staff. (spies - cough* Obrien *cough) They will follow the money trail and go back to him to continue to stroke his monstrous ego.

Several assistants might follow Saban to Alabama -- chief among them Scott O'Brien, Miami's coordinator of football operations and assistant head coach. Running backs coach Bobby Williams and safeties coach Kirby Smart also seem likely to leave.
