Despite my worries about getting the first overall pick, I really think this coaching staff may be legit... I think that’s some real good news we can take away from any other wins this season. There schemes seem to be legit and guys are playing hard. Could be the most competent staff we have had in 20 years

Despite all the losses, the last few games the team has actually been competitive. Seeing the staff take practice squad players, UDFA players and still hang in there is promising. They still call plays and do things here and there that make me scratch my head. But definitely see improvement.

The defense/schemes is above and beyond better. Aaaaand we are seeing improvement week after week. There is plenty of reason to be excited for the future.

Give them some time and some talent.

Don't be so quick to throw people in the trash.

It does feel different. Especially watching Gase on the other sideline and how poorly coached that team is. He really has no business being an nfl head coach. All ego and little substance
