Colt Brennan looking sharp and big?

He was charged with felony burglary and trespassing, but unlawful sexual contact charges were dropped due to lack of evidence. He served jailtime due to these charges. He was then kicked out of school and enrolled and played at Saddleback CC in CA. In his year at Saddleback, he repaired his image and was offered a scholorship to San Jose State and a chance to walk on at Hawaii. We know what happened next and the rest is history.
 
I love hearing guys trash a player on "1-GAME".Yes he had a bad bowl game....So what,It might of had something to do with his O-line being run over the whole game.( Oh,and throw in a 12 hr flight) No he's not going to be another Marino,but news flash boys,either is anyone else (Beck included).Brennan is a good QB and would be a welcome addition to our sad QB roster.

georgia destroyed him, on the tv you can tell he was crying.. he he was record holder of all the records, undefeeated team , brought his team to the big time--- national tv BCS game, and he choked. He played a Real team, and couldn't get it done.

The game before his Bowl game, they played WASHINGTON. and washington almost beat them if it wasn't for brennan pulling it out in the 4th quarter.

You hit the nail on the head, i could not agree with you more.
 
Haven't read this whole thread yet, but I've said this before: If we don't draft Matt Ryan, then Colt Brennan is the type of guy we should draft. IMO, every QB in this draft except Matt Ryan and Brian Brohm are projects. So if we don't get one of these guys, why spend a 1rst day pick on a QB when guys like Brennan will be there on day 2?
 
Do you seriouly believe that Brennen can even compare to Marino? The only reason he posted then numbers he had was because he was in an extremly weak conference and Hawii threw the ball like 50 times a game. Another reason that you know he wont be good is that in the senior bowl he couldnt even compare to the other top quaterback prostpects.

I doubt Dan Marino could have saved Hawaii from the hottest team in the NCAA at that point, some argued Ga was better than LSU. John Beck, Matt Ryan, Brady Quinn and Jamarcus Russel I doubt would have been any better.
