Lets face the facts here people this regime is doing a fantastic job but we still 2 drafts away from being an elite team we have all the pieces in place we need rb's and safetys lb's and some more OL depth with this off seasons draft and free agencys and next years draft we should the top team and one of the youngest in the AFC with elite talent were very close but so far every one wants to win now, but with this team 2012 is the year they should be back winning AFC east titles and making deep playoffs runs. please let me know if you agree.

2 more draft years seems reasonable...the youth of miami so far looks pretty good.

but if they replace some on the coaching staff too, that'd be beneficial. fins may benefit from better teachers/coaching on the secondary and tertiary level/ to polish up the teams problems with turnovers and run blocking on offense/ tackling, and coverage skills on defense- all fixable problems, but they'd a higher level of coaching to fix those areas.
