It's funny to read it again. After the draft everything is pointing for a miraculous retool in our offensive line, mixing rookies and young veterans, translated as one of the youngest o-lines in this league. My only concern is the real quality of players in the mix, because the Jets added very high picks as rookies and the rest was a more practical crew.
It's basically a turnaround vibe, but with more fragile arguments.

The one thing people are forgetting here: D'Brickashaw Ferguson and Nick Mangold were both first round quality prospects and the best at their respective positions. Satele is good but not nearly as talented as those two. And very few people knew who Drew Mormino was before the draft, so to expect him to step in and be a solid contributor immediately is a very lofty goal.
I'm not saying we couldn't do the same thing that they did last year, but it's not exactly the same thing.
