Guys, I have some contacts within the walls of Miami Dolphins offices, and one of them was able to snap a picture of none other than Stephen Ross's whiteboard on Monday Jan 5, 2015, while he was out of the office. I think this is an exclusive look into his thought process as he further builds his executive organization.

Now don't shoot the messenger here, I just think this is really a terrific glimpse into the mind of a savvy businessman who has made himself into a billionaire.

This Tannenbaum thing could work, lets not all jump to conclusions about how Miami is set up in the office.

Sorta looks like scribbles from a 13yr old nerd boy. Not exactly striking confidence in our owner.
 
Have you guys ever looked at the power structure on teams like the Seahawks and Packers? Just curious.

Removing the stairs and installing teleporters will really be handy during Ross' Viagra/Monster binges.
He can beam up Aponte when the blue monster awakens...lmao

Definately nothing like the one we have.

They hired successful people to do these jobs not guys that were off the street and fired

These are ideas that can work, people. Give it a chance.
