Conflict of interest in Martin case

Ugh, more of an Fn circus every day. This all would have been avoided if Martin could handle his business like a man

Now Cornwell is having ARod theatrically act out another charade and storm out to avoid testifying under oath. He's the one who no doubt instructed Ryan Braun to act so outrage denying he was doping and throwing a urine collecting peon under the bus.. and now we know the truth about that. Storming out over the cafeteria prank that broke the camel's back? The refusal to be interviewed by the union? Painting Incog as Jameas Winston? When it comes to theatrics, sidestepping accountability and creating a patsy or strawman to throw under the bus, there seems to be a pattern here where even Helen Keller could connect the dots.

Yet another conflict of interest angle that I didn't expect. Cornwell is obviously an attention seeking whore lawyer with no ethics.

I actually think those are part of the definition of a lawyer...especially divorce lawyers.

This just means the emphasis will be more towards Cogs and Ireland. We already kind of knew that anyway by their leaks.

Cornwell and Martin's parents probably agree on every single thing without even having to verbalize anything.

They are EXACTLY the same type of people.

It is a conflict of interest, but it seems to me that the NFL and the NFL players association are not exactly the type of organizations that will roll over & just fork over dough.

Antagonizing BOTH of them is just a recipe for failure IMHO...

I get the feeling that this whole thing that Mommy and Cornhole are conjuring up is going to be way too much for the NFL and NFLPA to handle. Almost like the NFL and NFLPA are getting in over their heads.

Mike & Mike reached Cornwell today, and this was addressed before. He is not a lawyer for the NFLPA, and they along with Martin had no problem in his involvement. It's a non-issue.

I thought it was reported that Cornwell had his eye on the NFLPA if and when De Smith retired or resigned,

The conflict of interest in this article is not about the NFLPA (which I believe there still is), its with the NFLCA (Coaches).
