Construction @ Land Shark Stadium? Even more room?

I noticed at the preseason games im seeing the east side of the stadium expanding kind of like the north and south side of the stadium,FRom CLub level to upper and lower levels, Im trying to look it up online even at Landsharkstadium.com and it doesnt say anything, Does anyone else notice whats going on and are they ganna do it on the west side as well, any links please post them,

As he has stated, he leaves the football operation to the football minded people. He keeps his hands out of that. His job is to get people into the stadium and to enhance the overall experience of being a Miami Dolphins fan.
