I just read this. It's hardly big news. Well, I don't know I suppose, not having seen the offensive 'item'. It could be 'huge' news for all I know. Whatever the case, it made me laugh. It might not make me laugh had I been the girl in question but, not having a 258 pound man knocking my window at the same time he's 'knocking one off', I can afford to giggle a bit:

I must have missed that bit. It's all a very amusing situation. I hope he 'tucked in' before mounting his saddle. That could have been painful.

The Arresting Officer took McIntyre to the womans home to be identified.

The Officer noted that McIntyre was wearing different clothes than the woman had described and was sporting a beard which the woman did not mention.

He also wasnt fleeing on a bike. He was on a bike path that is part of his daily workout.

This will be thrown out of court.
