Do we need a decent cornerback?

i think we should get brandon flowers or cromartie:woot:

Yea we do, we aren't old at the CB position, but not young either . . . we have a couple guys that are gonna be pushing 30 or are already 30 . . . so I think we definitely need to address the CB position.

Will Allen IMO is a solid #2 CB and a decent #1 . . . and Lehan is a decent #2 but a solid nickel . . . I would like to do like the Giants did and they got Ross and now he looks like a solid young CB for them. Hopefully Cason or Flowers can bring similar results to the Fins if they are selected. Ever since Surtain left and Madison got old, we haven't had the #1 CB on this team . . . Will Poole looked like he was gonna be a stud, but stayed injured and Allen IMO ended up being a good pick up via the Madison trade, but we definitely need to start grooming a CB in this draft.

Forget about DRC, he wont be available.

I think we do need CBs; however, I'm not a fan of Flowers. Let's look at someone else.

we need help at every spot in the secondary. i dont like flowers either. i keep seeing mayock saying kenny phillips will fall to the second round. i think he is crazy but if KP is there at 32 id take him.

We've been through this before. Will Allen is a #1 CB that played at a pro-bowl level last year. He is young and fast and just hitting his prime. We do need a complimenmt to start opposite of him but we have signed some CB's that are young and may be capable of stepping up. If we get our pass rush back it will help develope one drasticly. I beleive we will draft a CB at some point in the draft. Just don't know where.

Allen can hardly be considered young though. He'll be 30 in August and as we are in rebuilding mode, he will likely be 33 before we are contending. I agree though, he did have a very good season, is very quick but has hands of stone. I would be disgusted if we didn't use a first day pick on a corner.

W. Allen is one of the best cover corners in the league, he just is bad at getting the INT, we need a playmaking CB on the opposite site of him.

Great comment. The best part about drafting a future #1 CB this year would be that when Allen starts to slow down and become past his prime, the two players can switch and he can be a solid #2.

We absolutely need another corner, and i would say that it has to be with one of 2nd or 3rd round picks for sure. And dont even consider Cromartie a possiblity for us unless we make some trade to move back in round 1, because he'll be gone somewhere between 7 and 20.

I heard his stock has dropped and he may fall into the second round. Same thing with Early Doucet

Antwaun Molden And Tracy Porter/justin King Should Be Drafted This Year By Miami.
Porter Is A Great Corner And Will Be A 2nd Rounder
King We Can Prob Get With The #64
And Molden We Can Get With #96 If We Think He Will Be Gone But Many Have Him Avail At #186. Check Out His Combine Stats Hes Gonna Be Good Imo
I Think Porter Might Be Gone By 57 But If He Is Get King With 643

I Also Wouldnt Mind Looking At Andre Dyson Or Dominique Foxworth In Free Agency They Are Decent And Better Than Lehan And I Think Allen Is A Stopgap At This Point
