With the rough outings Miami has had so far in the preseason, could the fins actually be worse than they were last year?

Based on what I have seen so far from the fins, I can't find anything good to say about them. I originally expected Miami to win around seven games this year and I haven't completely abandoned that viewpoint, but so far, it doesn't look good.

I know it's early, but it's hard to dismiss obvious horrible play, even if it is a preseason game. Also, after a four win season wouldn't it be nice to get some confidence by winning a couple games in the preseason?

Alright, you can kill me now.

PS. Phenominal catch by Chambers tonight, way to go Chris.

Threw this in at the end to soften the blow, huh?

Well I figure they have 2 wins already in the bag... the games they play on October 9 and December 4

head or gut?

Actually, as hard as it is to believe....we already look better than we did last season.
Last year just one week before the regular season started, the coaches had to stop practice and have everyone (mostly O-Line) run the plays in slow motion to get it right. We were really that bad.

Preseason games dont amount to anything.....have patience!!!

Now... I dont think we have as much to worry about as you are saying. Our 1st string defense looked very good. 4 or 5 sacks with only playin a quarter is real nice! Also, our 1st string secondary played pretty well and Daniels showed that he is the real deal vs. a top notch receiver... Jimmy Smith. Saban has also already stated that he will not reveal anything in preseason. Ricky also looked very very good. 1st string o-line looked very solid as well with good protection and running lanes vs one of the top d-lines in the league...

What you watched get slaughtered was our 2nd, 3rd, and 4th strings.

Now... are we in some serious trouble at QB... oh ya. But we will not be worst than last year that is for sure. We wont be great... but we will have more than 4 wins...

You don't have to tell Wagon to have patience....remember he is a Bills fan...thus he is still waiting on a SB victory.

Sry Wagon, I couldn't help myself.

No way in hell...

I still say we go 8-8 and with some bounces and anything from the Q.B. position we win 10.

funny, we hold the starters of jax to less than 40 yds offense and somehow we are worse than last year?

For real...

Jax was ranked 29th in the league in scoring last year. The Jaguars aren't exactly an offensive juggernaught.

Ya... but they do have a top notch D-Line which our O-Line looked very good against. Provided good time to throw as well as opened up running lanes. Speaking of which... did you notice? Ricky is back...
