I might get flamed for this.

But the Pats play three of their next four on he road.

@ IND. This is no cakewalk.
DET. Have fun with that!
@GB. And after Detroit's front four get down smashing Tommy Boy's face in...let's go to Lambeau!
@Chargers. Well...hell. ya never know.

Then the Pats come home for the Fins. Right now, the Fins are 1-1/2 games back. If the Colts win this weekend, things get reeeeeeeally interesting.

Because I don't think they win in Green Bay. So if the Pats go 2-2, and the Fins lose to Denver, win at the Jets, and beat the Ravens at home, then the Fins go to Foxboro 1 game back, with a win over the Pats in hand.

Please discuss.

very possible the Pats are good but that's a tough stretch for them. If they win 3 out of 4 then I got to give them the nod to win the superbowl.

Pats will beat Indy, Det is a nightmare matchup for them though imo as their DL will bully the pats OL and rattle Brady. I think the GB/NE game is a toss up, and I just can't see them losing to the Chargers. With all of that being said NE going 2-2 in its next 4 games is cerainly a possibility but I wouldn't exactly count on it. If however we can somehow pull off a win vs Denver then we are in great shape.

Damn straight! :brewskis: I've been saying 11-5 AFC East Division Champs since the start of the season. I still believe it to be true.

I was just looking at this too. The Pats going to Indy is not a sure win, when Luck is playing good and slinging the ball. Stop Gronk, harrass Brady and they take it. Same thing for Detroit. Brady is going to be plastered. And the game in GB, well A-Rod will light up their secondary. Pats at SD is no gimme.
So we have Denver, at Jets (night game), and Baltimore at home. All are winnable.
Fins need to made minimal mistakes, score td's, not fg's, beat up opposing qb's and stack up the sacks and picks.
I think we very much have a shot at the Division.

If we beat Denver, we'll be talking about more than just winning the division.

True, but step by step right. To win the Divison will be Nirvana, and aasure us a seat in the playoffs.

I'm for sure watching that colts pats game. I have luck on my fantasy team too so it would be mighty sweet to see him throw 5 tds!

Gotta beat Denver before you can even think about this, IMO.

Only game we loose is denver

beat jets 2 times minnesota should be a win, baltimroe nice matchup and at n.e. Our pass rush is brady's waterloo!!!
Our d. Travels well and i dont think the d. Will flinch the rest of the year, we are not scared of anyone right now.
As for the o. We need the running game to pop, to keep rt clean and up-right. If he stays around 65% going forward watch out!!

I don't know about that. It's certainly a perk of just being a fan. I'm confident about our team going into Denver but it's not a must win. We can still lose to the Donkeys and then win out for an 11-5 record. That would mean a sweep of the Patsies of course and that would give us the leg up on the division. A very difficult task, no doubt, but not improbable. We're currently on a 4-1 run. Just add another win vs a ****ty Jets team and we're golden with a 5-1 record to finish the season.

We're in the air, we're on the ground. We're always in control...
And when you say Miami...
You're talking Super Bowl.
Cause were the...

I have a futures bet that they will win the East. Hell yeah they can win the division

With many teams in the mix in the AFC, winning the division may be our better shot. NE has a brutal schedule. I think it may come down to our game in Foxboro, which will be very tough. It is just so frustrating. This team should be 8 and 2 right now, and on top of the division.

This team needs to buckle down and continue playing at a high level. Win the turnover battle with Denver and pressure Manning. We can win in Denver, but it will be tough. If we pull that game out, it makes up for the GB/Det debacles, and sets the stage for a really interesting final stretch. Lose that game and I think we need to win out to have a chance at the division.

The colts could sure help us out a lot on Sunday.

It would but I think this is one of those games where NE defense will do enough to control Luck and Brady will pull out the win. It really looked like NE had a chip in the armour but then they seemed to put it together, especially the OL and Brady. They have been at home mostly though, and usually play well there so let's see if they look as dominating with these road games coming up.
