Could Wright be bipolar?

I have a very close realative who is bi-polar and it is no laughing matter. If so, it is a must for him to be treated.

running away from things like this is a big sign of bi polar disorder. i have a relative who flees to europe whenever she is off her medicine. it can be treated well, if they stay on their meds.

Maybe he thinks he is actually Gamera the gigantic rocket turtle? Who the hell knows. This is silly to speculate.

It is hard to diagnosis something like this through sound bites and clips from a newspaper. The story being written is that he is suffering from "clinical depression". I agree however that it sounds a lot more like bi-polar trouble which is more serious and also generally more responsive to medication.

The sad part is however that there have been a number of high profile players who have crashed and burned because of bi-polar disorder. The longer Manny stays out the less likey, imo, he is to ever play in the NFL again.

Personally.. this is all conjecture. We really don't know whats going on. We really dont have a clue... Threads like this can be dangerous because there will be some to start taking this as fact. He isn't bipolar as far as we know... it may reveal itself to be .. bit for now.. we have no freakin idea. i think manny needs to be left to deal. and the organization are trying hard to keep people away from him. perhaps the harrassing media runs Manny away.. with stu[id and old questions about his mental toughness.... it would become a bit much to listen to that crap all the time.

Sure manny has issues.. Let him deal with it.
