You can cont Tim Couch out of the Fins QB hunt. It is now known why Miami never signed him... per the report below he still doesn't have full motion available to him in his shoulder.

Houston reportedly will not pursue a contract with former Cleveland QB Tim Couch, the #1 pick at the 1999 draft, who is trying to come back from major shoulder surgery that is threatening his career. Couch worked out in Houston last week, however, reportedly still lacks full strength in his throwing arm. Couch will likely work out with other teams, but nothing has been announced to date. "
