Couple of Questions on a few of last year's players no longer on roster

Looking at the most recent depth chart, what happened to the following players? I thought we were going to keep them.

1. Zach Vigil
2. AJ Francis
3. Jordan Kovacs

Vigil and Francis especially. And Vigil in particular since he was a rookie.

Vigil is on the team, just hurt

Francis? Was he even on the team last year? He's definitely not now

Kovacs is gone also. Which is fine, he was nothing special

Francis got cut a long time ago.

Kovacs was awful.

1. Vigil is still on the team, currently PUP.
2. Francis was waived in November and claimed by Seattle. Picked up by Tampa in FA.
3. Kovacs was waived in December. Signed in January by KC but cut after the draft. Just signed with the Rams last week.
