This is the kid who got screwed by them signing Collins. He was doing pretty well for them. I remember him handling JJ Watt one game specifically. Think we should throw them a late rounder for this guy? Hes only 26 and I think hes started around 35 games.

I would pay up to a 4th rounder for him, preferably if we are able to get a corner in round 1 or 2. This trade wouldn't likely take place today IMO. I'd be willing to bet if there is any action, it will happen tomorrow.

Seems to grade out well somewhere around 30. Unfortunately it looks like pass blocking is not his forte'....Arggggh

There are 64 starting guards in the NFL. While the value of PFF ratings is debatable, I typically think they do an OK job of grading line play. If he grades out at 30, that means PFF thinks he is in the top half of starting NFL guards, whereas we've consistently been trotting out guys who rank dead last among all qualifying players, not just starters. I'd definitely trade a day 3 pick for the guy.

RFA 2nd round tender... Nevermind

Oh. Nope.

I'll give you our 13th pick, Dallas Thomas AND Koa misi for your #4 pick and Ronald Leary... Waddaya say Tex??

The round of the tender has nothing to do with trading him. It's about what the Cowboys would get in return if someone signed him to a long term deal free agency deal and they didn't match. But they can still trade Leary's rights and he could play this year under the terms of the 2nd round tender contract he just signed.

Two different things.
