Shaun Alexander is he still unsigned ?

maybe a good back up with ricky & ronnie

ronnie can't last the season if we can rely on him ( he needs to touch the ball about 18-24 times a game. IMO

Ricky I love him just as much as Ronnie but you have no idea how long he will last

Shaun could be a good role model & good influence in the locker room.

I love how people say no, and dont elaborate on their answer. I say no, because the money he wants will be crazy considering the fact that he is only two years removed from the mvp award. I think at least one of our two 6th round backs can develop into a prominent back up. Look at willie parker he went undrafted and is a top 10 back imo. I say stick to the cheap backups, the third back rarely sees the field anyways.

No Thanks. Alexander has dead legs plain and simple. He is rundown from being overused.

Look at his production in the last three seasons. He took a serious nosedive.

Anyways we drafted two RB's this year for a reason.

Not "no" but HELL NO.

My god, this team needs ZERO part of old legs: Alexander, Favre, Terry Glenn, etc, etc. WE could eliminate half the threads in here by deleting "let's pick up this has been" type posts.

Look, I appreciate the enthusiasm about picking up household names. But this team needs to DRAFT and DEVELOP household names, something they haven't done since Zach and JT really.

Rebuild means rebuild. This team never admitted to needing a rebuild until now, and its been needed since 2003.

No we have Ronnie and Ricky and he was only good because of the offensive line he had before the injury now no one wants him because he's got a rep of going down easy so why would we?

Alexander is completely done. He was a local hero here in the Seattle area, but they let him go because he just doesn't have anything left.

Personally, I believe he was overrated to start. He was good, but not great. In his best years, he had a tremendous line in front of him and a great passing game to keep defenses honest. When Steve Hutchinson went elsewhere, Alexander's game started disappearing.

i say no. it doesnt take a football genius to figure out that theres a reason nobody else wants him.

No way!!!! Everybody in the league didn't call him soft Sean for nothing. He's done and that's why he is still unsigned.

It also hurt him when one of the best fullbacks in the league, Mack Strong, retired on him.
