Best believe that the same philosophy of "bring in people you know" will not end with our coaches.
When Bill came in he only used people he was familiar with. Im cool with that. After the year we had, I dont want to hear anything about arguing amongst coaches or compatability. I do have a problem when it comes to picking players in free agency and the draft.
Saban drafted Allen because he knew and recruited him. Cam drafted Ginn because he knew the family. Mueller and the Samoan connection....I rest my case.
I only ask that we do not pass on a better talent because of familiarity. Either a player is a proffesional or not.
We can speculate on who we pick and when, but dont be surprised when we pick every Dallas player cut, and even draft from guys we know.
I think Parcells knows Howie Long pretty well. Hint Hint
