Crossman and Welker fired

Last time the Dolphins dumped Welker he became the best slot receiver in the NFL. Now when the Pats pick him up…again, he’ll be such a good WR coach he’ll become their next OC and coach in waiting when Vrabel calls it quits after five years and a couple of AFCCG appearances.

So
Basically Welker is the scapegoat for Tyreek’s bullshit
Nah
No young receivers in three years development except for Washington who was steal in draft. We basically only had two decent receivers and none could run the correct routes unless they came from this offense in San Fran

Come on man, you gave me EZE, River, Debuse, Chosen, OBJ, Claypool to work with. Not my fault Reek and Waddle can't beat high safeties lol

If these guys were not fired. You guys would bitch. They are fired you guys bitch

I never saw this outrage for Philbin gase Flores soprano cam Cameron combined.

some of this is just people piling on. Get over it.

Wes surprisingly a little bit too many busted routes and no young development. Not sure exactly what part he played in that?

Crossman about time. That fake punt against us said it all.

Now we all gonna complain for 3 weeks it took too long I guess. 😂 At least it happened.

This is his big second step in growth as a coach, showing that McDaniel is moving forward in becoming a complete HC. His first step was this year when he began improving his gameday plan and his play calling.

With his contract, he will probably be here through 2027. Are we watching Ross show the patience required to see a HC develop?
I really think so.

I've only been here since 2016 and have seen 3 HCs on the team. Replacing a HC every 3 years is counterproductive.

McDaniel took off fast but got figured out by the NFL and his big play plan got stopped. He then changed his game plan to be more flexible and less predictable plan, showing he has real HC capability.

He has been consistently bringing in coaches with promise. He is now flushing out those coaches that aren't performing. This may be the hardest thing a HC has to do, outside of changing himself to address his own weaknesses.

I see our HC growing before our eyes while the constant whiners are so wrapped up in their own angst, they don't see it.

It will be interesting to see who McDaniel brings in and how they turn out. It will also be interesting to see how our current players react to these new coaches. I'm positive the "headcases" will make themselves visible. Then we will see how our HC handles those situations.

I am more convinced than ever that we are on the right track for improving this team even more.

This upcoming draft is going to be VERY INTERESTING.
