Are you kidding me? What a sore loser, and a complete POS as a person much less an owner of a franchise. This is the most absurd thing I've ever read in my life. I had to go to about 10 sources to make sure this wasn't a joke:

Mavericks owner Mark Cuban believes Golden State's sizzling shooting alone didn't sink his basketball team in the most stunning playoff defeat in NBA history.

That's according to Don Nelson's attorney, John O'Connor, who said Cuban is suing Nelson, claiming the Warriors beat the Mavs in the first round because the Warriors' coach -- and former coach of the Mavs -- had "confidential information and he [Cuban] wants to enjoin Don from coaching against the Mavericks."

"There is no basis in our view," O'Connor said. "I suppose he [Nelson] knows [Dirk] Nowitzki likes to go right instead of left, but normally that's not a trade secret."

In an e-mail, Cuban acknowledged he and his lawyer have "claims" against Nelson, but is "not sure how we are handling them." Cuban offered a "no comment" when asked Thursday night for a description of "confidential information."

If I was a Mavericks fan, right about now.. I'd feel ashamed.
 
Cuban is great. The guy is a certified nut. This is a terrible lawsuit, but quite frankly, I find it to be amusing so huzzah.

He should sue Shaq for being big and tall, causing his team to lose the championship two years ago. :lol:

The secret has been out since the 2006 Finals, and it isn't about Dirk Nowitzki going right or left:

Nowitzki is Alex Rodriguez in October.

This is one of the most amusing things I've heard in a while.
 
No doubt, I laughed my *** off when I saw this when finally realizing it wasn't a joke. But come on, this guy is an ignorant POS. He's a true sore loser.. nothing short of that.

I'd HATE to see him holding up a trophy. Hope he never wins one, and that's a shame because I'd love to see Avery get one.
 
Isn't that what sports are about? Stealing signs, signing guys away from a division rival so you can pickup key information, just having some GD balls.

I havent read about the lawsuit so what does it entail? Does Cuban want money from Nellie? That would make no sense at all
 
Way to go Mark! That's how you should re-pay the coach who dug that franchise out of the ground and made it to what it is today.
