Culpepper injured knee

yeah it looked pretty bad...of course that means they showed it a million times, over and over in slow motion

early word is that it's a sprained knee, which is actually decent news considering how serious it looked on replay.

He's on my fantasy team...I took him 2nd overall in the draft. Boy did I bust that pick

A sprained knee could be an ACL.......

That's true...hopefully it's not though. I wouldn't wish serious injury to anyone. I had a sprained knee once and it's definitely not something that heals up right away.

If he's out for the year then fantasy owners should be thrilled. It means they can finally dump their first round bust.

Vikings quarterback Daunte Culpepper could miss the rest of the season after injuring his right knee against Carolina on Sunday, coach Mike Tice said.“The quarterback doesn’t appear to be in good shape,†Tice said. “I’m not a doctor, but the initial tests are not good. It doesn’t appear that it’s going to be anything that we as Vikings will want to hear.

“Things happen that are devastating. This certainly, if it’s as serious as it appears, is devastating to our football team.â€Â

Guys also took Daunte #2 in two of my leagues. No disrespect intended, but what were you thinking? :shakeno:

probably had something to do with him having one of the greatest seasons in the history of the NFL last year for a quarterback. or maybe not
