Just got the September M&F in the mail. It includes the yearly NFL Strength Team on page 176. They name only one player in each position and the QB is Daunte Culpepper.

"Each man on this team was selected as the strongest player in the position based on a combination of explosive power, exceptional strength and outstanding athleticism."

Congratulations #8! :D

Matthew Piper went to the same Elemntry school as DC, and during dodge ball, C-pepp always plunked Matt in the head with his cannon. Once Pepp hit Matt so hard, Matt's retainer flew out of his mouth. Matt never forgott and seeked his revenge by writing about Daunte in this article. (true story)

Actually I did. I saw Matt pick his nose and eat what he liked to cal his friends on many seperate occasions.

C-Pepp always wore a Dolphins shirt and said one day he would be in Muscle and Fitness and start at QB for the fins. I believed him...

Even more Dolphin news in "Muscle & Fitness."

I started this thread yesterday and was so excited about Daunte being considered the strongest QB in the NFL, I didn't see some other stuff until last night. Page 44 features a short interview with Ronnie Brown about his off-season and in-season weight-training routine, supplements he uses, etc.

They also list 5 "Backfield Bruisers," "M&F Pickes the Five Most Powerfully Punishing Running Backs in NFL History." Larry Csonka was #5. Here's the blurb ... "Despite being forced to wear turqouise every Sunday, Csonka had a rep for being a real tough guy, a fullback who defined smash-mouth football."

And the congregation all said "Amen."
