I really want us to trade down and stockpile picks... there are so many solid players in this draft sp on CB and IB/DE

for all that, just re-sign derek pope. they are the exact same player. 6' 235lbs. e miles is also a similiar type player. no point in wasting a draft pick on a player, when you have two twins already without losing a draft pick. and they are both young.
 
I did like what I saw. he seemed to read plays well, have great visions and angles on tackles, fast obviously.... one thing i worry about though is if the run comes right at him. bigger lineman getting to him....... i really would love him on passing downs and such though.... Safety???
 
he is the real deal..finished with 157 tackles this year...probe the next patrick willis....i would be happy to draft him

to say that curtis lofton ed miles and derrick pope are the exact same player is ridiculous. size wise maybe but thats where it ends. lofton is pretty well regarded and depending on measurements and how he does at the combine he could very well see himself in top of the 2nd possibly at the bottom of the first.

im interested to see his strength metrics from the combine and if he can hold up in the middle. as for moving him to safety.......i dont think so.

safety could be a stretch, i was just thinking of possabilities, but this clip is all i really know of him. will be keeping an eye on him at the combine and anything future though.
