Seriously, just close the site down. I don't believe there is one optimistic TRUE fan here. Is this Bills zone? I bet behind these computer screens there are alot more Pennington jerseys with people with Dolphin avatars.

Saban is our coach. I pray to the football gods Saban stays for his contract length and beyond, I pray to the football gods Culpepper and Harrington remain with us next year and beyond.

You cannot keep switching up your team with new players and coaches every one or two years because of a few bad losses. Had our losses all been complete blowouts, I may be singing a different song. However, these boys know the system. They are learning. They are developing. Good things take time, and they do not happen overnight. How many times must this be said to be realized by you FAIRWEATHER FINS?

GOOD THINGS TAKE TIME. CHAMPIONSHIPS ARE NOT CONQUERED OVERNIGHT.

say that three times. We have a solid group of people, we need some youth on our D line to keep it fresh, and some work on the O line. That can be done in FA and the draft.

I say it once i say it again, Culpepper is a duel threat and he is our future. If you want to keep whining and complaining every week with the trades this and cut thats then maybe you should be a raiders fan.

Nick Saban, if you happen to read this by a stroke of miracle. You are doing a great job in Miami. Keep up the good work.

Additionally, all this Fire saban stuff. Muluarky should be fired, Saban should not.

Saban did not fire MM because its the season, you dont switch up OC mid season. It screws everything up.

No fans like to lose. But at least real fans support their team and coaches despite a loss.

Optimism? Really? Now? Five teams haven't gone to the playoffs in the last five years--Detroit, Arizona, Cleveland, Buffalo and Miami. It's not a good time to be a phins fan, and those who are pessimistic right now certainly have the right.

Should we be whistling Dixie that a season of promise has turned to crap?

To bring in a divisional guy to OC is absolutely a no no.....Send mikes *** packing.

Baltimore, anyone?

I agree about your initial point, continuity is important, and it allows the team to grow as a unit. Saban's fine in my book. Fans, of course want short-term satisfaction, I'll be happy with a long term plan for success.

How many of those five teams had their probowl back leave before training camp, a coach quit mid season, no solid quarterback and HOW many different QBs taking snaps?

My old man has been a giants fan for 40 years. even after watching Eli crumble and falter these last few games hes not screaming "OMG TRADE ELI"

A fan supports his team no matter what. Learn to be a fan and not a ESPN columnist.

I could not understand why you guys hired MOOlarkey!

Which is exactly what we have. Which is exactly what fans dont understand. SURE saban could have easily spent every penny in cap we had to bring in Ty law and every other veteran we could afford or muscle out and potentially win a superbowl. And then those veterans would retire, get injured, be gone, something and we would be hurtin for cap room and tryin to groom another AJ feeley.

APPRECIATE the moves saban has made. Its a process. let it finish though. aye

You talking to me? I've been to more Dolphin games than you ever will and have been a season ticket holder. Don't preach to me sunshine boy. The state of the union isn't good right now, and showing frustration is normal.

Do you think i care or that it matters how many games you have been to?
No.

So dont get confused son.

I dont even know what kind of point you are trying to make.

"and those who are pessimistic right now certainly have the right. " ... to call themselves raiders fans or something equally as pathetic. Just as long as they dont consider themselves dolphins fans.

"Should we be whistling Dixie that a season of promise has turned to crap?"

This aint college son, no such thing as a promising season. You can have all the skeptics you want, it all goes out the window when that kicker kicks off.

The state of the union is DAMN good. we arnt making the playoffs true. but we have a solid coach, for ONCE since dan marino we have a pro bowl quarterback and a QB corps worth mentioning. we have defence, and we have a running game.

Sean connery said it best, "Suck it trebek"

Whoa there, absoluteLance. True fans ALWAYS vent their frustration when things go wrong. We have a lot of emotion invested in our Dolphins. Just what do you think we're all doing hanging out on this board with you?

We all bleed aqua and orange, dude. Most of us understand that this is a long-term process. But we still get mad when we lose.

hey guess what the word FAN is short for? FANATIC.

.... you have every right to be angry and critisize a team that hasn't been to the playoffs in 5 YEARS.....

prancing around saying "everything will be fine" is just dumb.
