Why not offer up a 3rd for Darrell Jackson?? Or the 2nd rounder we got from the Pats?? They need picks b/c they lost their first to Branch and Chambers, Booker and Jackson would be lethal.

And I dont want to hear that he drops balls... he's a legit premiere wr and there's a reason why he's a high end fantasy wr year in and year out (with injury year exception of course)... he's a playmaker with a lot of speed.

Waste a second or a tird round pick..for and older player (well..not young) hat is emdicore..Ma..we are rebuilding..not..all the way/..but we NEED every single pick we can get!

Well he does drop balls and he is becoming injury prone. Missed 13 in 2005 and 6 in 2006. He isnt worth more than a low 2nd, or 3rd

Check this out for his injury...

Thats an impressive injury report... i still think he would be one of the best #3's in the league. Pickings are slim right now and he'd certainly open up our offense.

Not that I'm anti-Jackson, but I think Hagan's going to be the man by the end of the year or the beginning of next year. Plus you can't discount Hakim, who will fit in nicely too. Still, I'm sure they'll draft a WR late aswell.

Im not saying he wouldnt be a good pick-up and he would make a GREAT #3 but I think he would be overpriced and Seattle would probably want a high pick for him...After CamRam camer into town I love how they are stockpiling our picks and now I dont want to give up anything for anyone no matter who it is really. It is time to build our own team core instead of using other teams players :)

I live in Washington and see A LOT of Darrell Jackson. I really like him, he doesn't have that blazing speed or big body but he always seems to get open. The guy can get seperation just about as well as anyone else in football. But the big problem is his hands. If you guys are frustrated with Chambers, you will go off the deep end with Jackson because he can drop some balls right between his numbers. Also, he is a great receiver for that west coast offense Seattle runs that includes tons of 6 yards hot slants and quick hits. If you want to bring him in as a 3rd receiver to run those routes I wouldn't be oppose to it but I wouldn't give up anything more than a 4th round pick.

No thanks. He's aging and has butter fingers. He's a decent fantasy WR cause he's been Hasselbeck's favorite target(except when Jurevicious was there in 05-06). I'll take Chambers, Booker, and Hagan as the top 3 this year. Hagan is a good young receiver. And I think Vick will get better as a solid 4th receiver with kick/punt return potential. WR is fine. Miami needs to focus FA and Draft on O-Line(Brown), QB(Stanton), maybe one young DT, and a couple guys for the secondary(Wilson). If any WR, then Hill out of Wash St. in the later rounds of the draft.

I'm excited for Derek Hagan. I think he makes us all forget about that short guy that's on the Patriots now.

For some reason, D Jackson doesnt get ANY love on this board. The guy is more than solid and when you take the fin shades off, a lot better WR than Chambers. (Not a Chambers hater, just IMO)
That being said, we aren't a player away from winning the SB, so I'd rather have the pick. Spend it on a WR in the draft.
