Hear me out.

Campbell has only been a coach for five years and is only 39 y.o., but he has fire and actually seems like he gives a $#it on the sideline.

Looking at our current staff there is no one I feel comfortable with as an interim HC. I think Campbell would be the most fun to watch and would bring some fire on the sideline.

Players seem to like him. I really don't want any of the other offensive or defensive coaches at the helm.

Other suggestion, keep Philbin and run this bit## into the ground.

Thoughts?

I would love this. He was the only one visibly upset after the game.

This is the Dolphins. He will probably be poached by another team in the division.

Well...it has been reported now that after talking to Ross Phinbin feels safe, and no...he wont even fire the DC.

He's the only coach who's unit has been consistently good in the past few years

I say hire him an intrim and give him a chance to keep his TE job next year then fire everydamn coach on the staff

I don't know if I would just hand him the reins, but the truth is that at this point, Joe must be fired ASAP. This ship isn't going down, it's already sunk. Stop the bleeding before things get even worse with the leaks, the infighting, and the sniping.

It's about saving face at this point.

Same thing I been thinking , have to get this soft crap out if here I can't take it

Bottom line, unless Joe Philbin is lying (and I don't think he is), the post game conversation went something like this:

Philbin: "I'm NOT fired?"

Ross: "No. I like you, and this is my team, and I don't care what any fans or press think. They can't do anything about it. Do me a favor and win me some games."

Seriously, **** the people in charge of this team. If no changes are made, you can take that as a slap across your face as much as I am.

Make the change. There's no downside to a coaching change right now. If we don't get better, we've lost nothing since we're not going to get better under the current coaching staff. If we get worse, we get a better draft pick. There's just no downside.

There has to be some change. Bye week is the perfect time to do it. I know Ross does not like to make knee jerk reactions, so I don't think he would fire Philbin today.

It's not just the losses, it is the way we have been losing and the way the team is performing. Absolutely unwatchable.

I wouldn't know Dan Campbell from Earl Campbell, but it is a good first step.
