Love it. I like how clear and consistent his message is.
 
Funny cause he sounds like all the coaches I used to coach with... coaching teenagers... I think the players needed this...
 
Best part is he screamed for Juwan and he was next to him all the time lol

Agreed.....don't have a huge issue with him being in there if he stayed in the background but the speech & game ball to Campbell should have been given to him by Tannehill or Wake/Suh.

Hopefully it's just because it's his first game and in the future Ross will stay out of it.
 
That's awesome ! The think I like the most about Campbell so far... No coach speak. He seems to say what he feels and there's no coach speak with him. He makes you feel like you trust him
 
I love the fact that he pushes these guys during the week. Offense against defense. Get them well prepared. Also loved the fact he talked about the practice squad guys. He is about the whole team. He is definitely not your average coach. He has the mentality of a smash mouth player. Maybe just what this team needed.
