Had a good game averaging 7 yards per carries. Also showed good vision which I think Miller lacks.

I've said it multiple times. He is a very good fit in this offense.

I think he is playing well enough that he should remain on the roster when Moreno is healthy again. He looks like a different guy. Maybe it's because he's wearing #30 now.

The one thing I thought Daniel Thomas did well last year for the Dolphins was as a receiver out of the backfield and he showed some of that today.

Getting cut maybe did him some good. Let him know he has to earn it and go get it.

I don't think he was one who needed motivation, I've always thought he has run hard and had good vision, the biggest problem I saw from him is that like most RB's he is not a something from nothing guy and nothing is pretty much all the blocking was the last two years. People forget how much better he looked than Reggie Bush at the start of 2011, he just couldn't ever stay healthy and after 200 yards his first two games, he got surpassed by Reggie because of that. He couldn't solidy a role since.

He's a very effective screen runner because he has good body control and has no problem adjusting to the pass and turning upfield without delay. Most RB's, Miller included, take much longer to get oriented upfield if they can make the catch fluidly at all.

like i have said before.i cheer for the team first.yes he has not lived up to his draft position but if he can help this TEAM win i want him around

I am not a big fan of Thomas. Yes, I am one of those who think he lacks vision and the ability to regularly break tackles. However, if we must keep him my advice to him would be to lose 15-20 pounds. The added quickness might help him get outside or to other areas of the field where he can punish the smaller players.
