Iwas going off about this today. I mean what is Larry Johnsons role here anyway? Does he only see the field if the other RB's die? Look I know he's old and not the player he once was but whats the point of carrying a power back you don't trust to get 1/2 a yard?

I figured he was only brought back as an insurance policy since Thomas was out.
 
Hope he can play and is healthy. Anxious to see if he can run up the middle. Though...it's gotta be tough for any RB to run up the middle with our O-Line. Really need to start pitching and sending Reggie to the outside, work in more screens for him. Reggie should not be running up the middle...maybe once in a while since it could be unexpected.

that pick was so bad if I had the money to buy the team I would've just to fire whoever's idea that was. To the OP how is this a non factor when we have NOBODY behind Bush? Judge him off preseason running behind a bad o line all you want but he s a better plan B than LJ. It's funny how after the Buccs game when nobody had success running Thomas was a bust but nobody says anything about Bush because our o line sucks. I thought he did ok when he actually had a chance to get out of the backfield and think he ll be solid this year. Then again I watched several of his games in college so I'm not basing my opinion on a handful of carries. I still think the pick could've been better utilized.
