Daniel Thomas vs. Lamar Miller

Truth is...we never should've let Reggie go...even tho he danced a bit too much at times he did make runs out of nothing at times and he was a real weapon as a receiver and could take one to the house at any moment. I was a big fan of Reggie, still am. He was a leader too.
I moaned about his departure for the same reasons. And in Detroit he's taking runs and screens to the house from long distances. He actually had a shot at most yards from scrimmage last year but he missed a game or two. Lamar Miller was supposed to fill the void but anyone with a football brain knew that Reggie has the intangibles that you can't coach - like somehow getting to the pylon from the 7 yard line in the air. The guy is a winner. **** Ireland and philbin for screwing this up. Reggie wasn't even expensive.

Miller sucks balls just as bad or even worse than Thomas.

I'd have to disagree. I'm not saying Miller's great or at this point in time even good but I can't say he is worse than Daniel Thomas. I've seen all I needed to see of Thomas whereas Miller still has potential. I wish Miller was more elusive and broke some tackles tho, his speed means nothing if he can't get past defenders to break the big ones. The line last year didn't do anyone favors either but I'd like to see some bigger gains by Miller more consistently.

i would love to see Miller develop into a consistent player and threat for us. He just strikes me as having low football intelligence for some reason. Can't put my finger on it.

Simple...he is from "the U". And Dolphin fans are blinded when it comes to players from "the U". That is all there is to it. He simply isn't very good.

May be some truth to that and as a Canes fan i'm rooting for him but this year it's poop or get off the pot.
Hoping Moreno starts and he's a change of pace guy who breaks a few look longs with his speed.

Looks like we are back to these two clowns at RB.

Let Williams get the bulk of the playing time until Moreno returns.

Lamar Miller is trash.

Nice fumble in week 1. Nice huge drop on a chunk yardage opportunity. With Tannehill throwing, you wont get many chances to make big plays catching the ball. People have to make those catches.
