MAn did you see this guy miss many blocks I was wondering why did the dolphins Cut Fred Beasly now should the dolphins resign him
I agree, Barnes looked lost and also missed that block in the beginning of the game and barely even tried to block the defender. I also wonder to myself why they cut Beasley.

Nah man, Beasley would probably have benefited more being that he is a more experienced guy . . . but we made the right choice in Barnes . . . I think he was having problems trying to diagnose that Pittsburgh D, they throw many looks at u and he didn't perform up to expectations . . . but the kid had an awesome preseason and he is the right guy for us at FB . . . I'm not gonna dog anybody after one game, especially against such a quality opponet.

Yea, you are completely right. It's just one game and I am sure he'll get better as the season goes on.

well you both are right and its just the first game hopefully we bounce back and thump the bills

Barnes did high-five that one linebacker instead of blocking him on the first CPep sack.

Glad someone brought this up.

If you go back and watch the film, Culpepper did what seemed like a 247 step drop on that play. I couldn't believe how deep he dropped back in the pocket. Barnes obviously didn't know how far back he was either, so he set up his block in the wrong direction. The Steeler LB was able to run wide and get to Culppper.

I wouldn't blame that one all on Barnes.

Yea because Ed Reed and Troy Polamalu were on the market at a very reasonable price, Lets get rid of Nick . . .he should have been able to get those guys.
