Which teams, division per division, are forecast to not make any waves in 2012?

Out of all those eight teams, which do you think will be the dark horse (again) in their respective division?

I am curious to read your angle on it. Thanks.

The Arizona Cardinals

The Dallas Cowboys

The Chicago Bears

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers

The Buffalo Bills

The San Diego Chargers

The Pittsburgh Steelers

The The Jacksonville Jaguars

Washington Redskins

Miami Dolphins

Seattle Seahawks

Kansas City Chiefs

Chicago Bears

Cinncinnati Bengals

Carolina Panthers

Jacksonville Jaguars

Dolphins - Under the radar + WCO...new blood
Titans - Chris Johnson back to FT stud and J. Locker era begins
Bengals - Dalton keeps improving, Ravens getting old
Raiders - Palmer gets a full off season with team

Eagles - Night mare season over
Rams - Will get to .500 (haha) and surprise some teams
Bucs - ? just a hunch
Bears - Lions can't be considered sleepers any longer and the vikes are really bad.

Top sleepers - Eagles and Titans

These are my 8 teams not favored to win their division, that can make some noise.
Oakland Raiders
Tenneesse Titans
Pittsburgh Steelers
Miami Dolphins
Arizona Cardinals
Carolina Panthers
Detroit Lions
Dallas Cowboys

Not quite sure how you can rate Miami, Washington, Oakland, Cleveland or Cincinnati above these teams.

As of now ...

1/ Bengals - Good draft, solid last season, good on both defense and offense now I think. Would put the Browns as they are the clear underdogs in that division but lets face it, they suck (I think Weeden will do well though). I think the Bengals could go all the way to a division or conference game.

2/ Fins - HOMERISM. lol no seriously I'm excited to see what happens with Philbin now in charge, especially given our strong finish last season although our offense is a bit weak I'd say, we'll improve but won't challenge.
Bills - I think will improve but their still average. Jest will come last. Can't see any teams in our div making waves, Pats sweep it per usual and the other three teams don't get playoffs, Pats lose in playoffs.

3/ Colts - Think Luck will have an impressive debut season - better than Newton in terms of passing yards and TD. Liked what they did in the draft and think they'll cause a few upsets, although can't see them making any serious challenges.

4/ AFC west ... errr can't see any dark horses here. Would you call Denver a dark horse now they have Peyton? probably not ... I don't think he'll do much anyway. Chiefs/Raiders very average for me, Chargers consistantly underperform and expect them to do the same again.

5/ Redskins - Added a franchise QB and good set of recievers to an already solid team. Likes of Kerrigan and Fletcher will boss that D. Think RG3 will also have an impressive rookie year and could see Washington go deep in the playoffs. Eagles will underachieve IMO, Dallas miss out on PO's.

6/ Panthers - Loved the kuechly pick, their D got a lot better. Cam will pick up where he left off and Panthers could challenge for playoffs. Also liked the Bucs offseason so far and NO bounty fallout/Bress contract issues blew this division open IMO.

7/ Lions - Really like the Lions, think they can get the playoffs and then who knows?

8/ Cardinals - they'll improve but won't cause too much noise.

So yeh, think we're probably a year away with our new offense, but an exciting season awaits nonetheless.. I'll give you three teams (Bengals, Redskins and Lions) who could make some serious noise and go deep into the post season
