Rofl, I was just currently in the process of reading the list, and when I got to that part I had to come back to post. I'm glad the guy had to try to rank them, but I'm dismissing him out of hand for not backing his rankings up with something.
 
Its just an opinion from one blogger.We have a lot of opinions on this board just as valid .:wink:
 
thats about where i'd put Daunte right now with everything thats gone wrong since we've acquired him.

grossmans not great, you're right, but he is not good either.

daunte has the upside of having been to 3 pro bowls, grossman's upside is when he gets hurt some other qb gets to play.

trust me i live in chicago and watched gross man the whole season, he sucks.
 
you must remember, although it doesn't hurt, you don't have to have the best QB to win the superbowl. Where do you think Dilfer would have ranked on a list like this in 2000. We have the defense and the running game to at least get there, we just need a QB that can manage and not make too many mistakes. If it's Daunte, then great. We just need a good QB, not necessarily a superstar.

Grossman went to a Super Bowl,Daunte's a gip.period.
I'd rather have Fiedler back,than hop-a-long Daunte.
Just my opinion.

Dilfer went to a Super Bowl, and won it. Well, when I mean he won it, I mean the team's defense and running game did, not so much the Dilfer. You can be a bad quarterback and still go to a SB.
