Daunte reunited with Moss?

And we could end up looking like idiots if he lights it up this year.
Mmmhmm, we'll end up looking like idiots because our coach beleives that the guy isn't his QB? If Cam doesn't think he fits our system, and gets rid of him, it doesn't matter what Daunte does in other teams. You move on with no regrets, and do what you think it's best.

This whole Daunte to the Raiders is pure speculation and if it's true why would the Raiders want an injured QB?? Maybe Daunte isn't as injured as some people here think! If that's the case why would we get rid of him for nothing, if at all?? This whole thinG with the Raiders is just dump and there probably isn't any truth to it at all.

Dude it is the Raiders. Heck any reason to let them draft Johnson. Heck just last year they thought Brooks was a good QB.

I really do hope the guy finds somewhere he can succeed. I appreciate the fact that he always worked as hard as he could to try to be the QB of this team. It just didn't work out, so best of luck to him wherever he goes.

Even if we get Green, we're not going to cut Culpepper right away. The Phins will wait until the last possible moment before this year salary becomes guaranteed. If he's not able to play then, he won't be able to play effectively this season. Now, if he's able to play well (or at least make other teams believe he can), things get interesting, we could even get a good pick for next year draft for him.
:dolphins:

the Raiders have the worst o-line in football. Why would they want an immobile QB. unless they think they coul;d fix it with the draft?

and you must be someone that lives life in denial in fear of facing reality.
Reality - Daunte Culpepper has not been healthy the last 2 seasons.

Reality - Daunte Culpepper will cost us 6 million against the cap in 2007.

Reality - Both Cam and Randy are aggresively trying to trade for Trent Green before the draft.

Reality - Sources within the front office have said that Culpepper is done when Trent Green comes in.

Reality - Miami has had work outs and private meetings with a handful of QB prospects for the NFL draft.

I think you're the one in denial.

Are you kidding me?

How much more injured does this guy have to be.

He still walks with a noticeable limp, he was Gibran Hamdan's personal ballboy at the mini-camp session and has no idea of a timetable for a return.

Oh and why would we be looking at Trent Green?

Wouldn't your almighty DC be the guy hands down.

That is not speculation my friend. These are facts!

Come back to reality please.

Even if Daunte were 100% healthy, who's our backup? Cleo?? Seriously, just because Miami is looking to strengthen the QB position doesn't suggest anything other then Miami needs to do something about their QB position starting, backup and depth, because we have not done so for years. I would love to enter camp with 6 or 7 QB's on the roster, it's the best thing this team could do. Make every single one of them battle for the job.
