If the Patriots sign Moss(which i highly doubt they wont sign him),then there most likey will be a salary cap problem in New England.I was watching a segment on ESPN a coupel days ago,and they said if Moss returns,New England might release Stallworth or Gaffney.I really dont care for Gaffney, but Stallworth could have been here last year but Cam decided he wasn't his type,as if.....Anyways,look for New England to drop one of theirn WR's this off-season,Stallworth is the main WR im keeping my eyes on.

So does that mean Chad Jackson takes over at the opposite of Moss?
What a bummer :[.

I don't really care for stallworth.

no ty...he already passed us up once, thats enough

Since we lost Booker, Stallworth seems like a nice #2 receiver. Maybe Ginn is #1 and Camarillo/Hagan is slot.

They might have to release Stallworth AND Gaffney. I dont think Stallworth would really be any help here. After the past few seasons, I think he is very overrated. Although it would be nice to sign an ex NE player for once. Maybe he can give us some tips.. Kinda like our FA's going to NE

If you pick up Stallworth you almost have to pick up an additional WR because he is always nagged by injuries therefore I'd pass.

God it would be so great if they release Gaffney and Stallworth and Welker turns out to be 1 year wonder for those Ratriots... Please god please... :woot::D

The Patsies won't have anyone to take the attention away from Welker if they release Stallworth and Gaffney. Teams will have to play up on Welker to eliminate some of the effectiveness of his quickness. If they do that, then Welker will tumble in the rankings. He's not that good. He's just quick and his coaches know how to use his quickness to their advantage. Smack him in the mouth at the line of scrimmage and that quickness is gone.

Isn't Gaffney an unrestricted free agent as is?
