I didnt feel we had anything to gain by starting Garrard or Moore but obviously the coaches were impressed by him since they moved him past Moore on depth chart. Seems like he moved past Moore quite easily so maybe the coaches know more than we do. At this point I say start Tannehill but Garrard did enough to impress so why not keep him as insurance as long as he recovers. Devlin we can keep on practice squad no team is poaching him much like last year. We dont have alot of money invested in Qb so it doesnt hurt us at all. Keep Moore and Garrard and if Tannehill impresses in real games send Moore packing for a draft pick. Devlin who really cares he is another in the line of overrated practice squad players that some people on this board go ga ga for.
