He CAN play some strong safety, not a FS or playmaker but a good backup and special teams maven. The guy will upgrade our special teams, make you forget Derrik POPE's name. And i dont see Worrel beating him for a job. Feroucious hitter on kickoff coverage

If the price is right I'm all for it. Bring in the underachieving 'special teams' players and let them play their way into a bigger contract.

At the very least the addition of all these special teamers should make life a little bit easier for Ginn, and our opponents can start somewhere inside their 40 after kickoffs and punts. :)

I was kind of hoping to hear that and thought he might be Worrel's replacement. I think that Worrell gave it all he had and boy did he hit when he came in he just did not cover that well. He reminded a bit of Welker giving up his body for the team except in his case 1st he got injured and 2nd he just could not cover that well but he still gets high props for going all out in my book. He played with 2 bad shoulders for us. I expect he might never bounce back after last years beating he took.

Kieth Davis is good in run support but not that great in coverage. That's why they brought in Ken Kamlin to better help out Roy Williams.

I like the approach the front office is taking with improving the Special Teams. Reminds me a lot of when Jimmy Johnson came to town and put a premium on the unit.

If Cameron Worrell ever makes the Dolphins roster again I'll just say the hell with it and take up curling.

IMHO, if Worrell simply stuck to ST (as originally planned) and hadn't been forced to play safety due to injuries, most of his detractors would simply be viewing him as a good ST player rather than as a lousy safety.
