well, kirkpatrick is just as good from what i hear, if not better. Considering the fins are apparently trying to get rid of sean smith, i would not rule it out just yet. We can possible look for wr's elsewhere. Theres lots of teams out there in rebuilding mode that im sure would not mind gettin some decent picks next year to unload contracts. look at seattle, they got some great receivers but cant get them the ball. Wrs aint **** without a qb. Marshall wasnt **** in miami without a qb, i guarantee jay cutler and marshall are going to tear it up. Point is, i think good wrs are easier to get steals than other positions, look at victor cruz, who expected that dude to turn out as good as he did for the giants? undrafted i think he was?

I envisioned vontae/ kirkpatrick on the opposite side of each other, it would make teams literally scared to throw on us.

just watched some highlights. Claiborne is more of a shutdown corner yea but he also misses alot of tackles. Kirkpatrick pretty good cover skills also but his strong point is he hits like a mack truck and is a playmaker. If i had to pick between the too it would be tough but i'd like to go with kirkpatrick, i see him and vontae being a lethal combo.
