The Miami Herald reports DE Dion Jordan will not be immediately reinstated once the NFL and NFLPA agree to a new drug policy.
Currently two games through a four-game suspension, Jordan had been reported as a player who would have his ban reduced. It suggests that, unlike Wes Welker and Cowboys CB Orlando Scandrick, Jordan's positive PED test was not triggered by an amphetamine. Barring reinstatement, Jordan will be eligible to return in Week 6.
