Nick Saban: Head coach

Randy Mueller: General manager

There is only one voice in Miami that matters, and that voice belongs to head coach Nick Saban, who is very active with player personnel and has the final say on every roster move. General manager Randy Mueller oversees the department and handles the day-to-day operations, but make no mistake about it -- this is Saban's show in Miami. The area scouts are more information gatherers than evaluators.

That's very comforting. We all know poorly DW and Speilman did with their picks. Hopefully Nick has at least as good of a year as last and maybe better. If he can aquire an extra pick or two and still get top notch players, I'd be very happy. A lot of talking and deal making before then, so good hunting Nick!

Nice, Nick is the man and I have total faith in him to get us to the Super Bowl. What a refreshing change from the Wanny/Speilman era, where these guys had no clue what they were doing.
