I don’t want a negative ass thread about the choices. If we didn’t put it out we want to interview, I’m not including them. Don’t like the choices, this thread isn’t for your bitching. Stay out and move on.

So who do you want out of our current candidates?
 
Having never met, or spoken to any of those guys, how could one really make a rational decision?

Sure you can eliminate some based solely on philosophical differences, but it is really like throwing a dart at a list if names for outsiders, isn't it?

Of course. That is why we are fans and not making the decision. I’m not asking you to stake your life savings on who will be great…
 
Would've loved to have 2 options... Because honestly, Daboll and Mcdaniel are my 2 options and the big difference between the 2 IMO is variance driven... Ended up picking Mcdaniel because I like the outlook of the upside more than I like the likelihood of mediocre... I'd be fine with both.

The more I look into McDaniel the more I like him. He seems to really understand the game and how to connect to the players. I have no idea if any of these will end up as the coach we need, but to me it’s 1. McDaniel………… distant 2. Daboll 3. Caldwell.
